EDITEL Achieves Service Excellence with ISAE 3402 Audit
We are proud to announce that EDITEL has once again successfully passed the “ISAE 3402 Type II” external audit of our internal control system. This annual audit, conducted by the independent auditing and consulting organization Grant Thornton, verifies our strict adherence to internal processes and ensures the quality of all customer-facing services. The audit thoroughly examined key areas including IT security, IT operations, software development quality (change management), customer support, and GDPR compliance.
Our IT processes were rigorously tested for their effectiveness and compliance, encompassing the IT and support organizations of EDITEL in Austria, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, and Croatia. Key focus areas included IT security, GDPR, and the EDITEL solution platform, which covers data exchange, conversion, and archiving.
The successful completion of the “ISAE 3402 Type II” audit confirms our commitment to maintaining the highest standards for our security structures, as expected by our customers.
